Sparling's latest technology innovation is called 'House Calls™'.
Like every other innovation, House Calls™ is designed with simple objectives:

- To reduce our Fleet's Carbon Footprint.
- To improve Safety.

Sparling's makes sustained investments in people, research and technology. It's how we are able to deliver the highest levels of service and safety.
Here's how House Calls™ Works.
In the event of a weather, traffic, security, or construction delay that may complicate or delay a scheduled propane delivery to you, House Calls™ will automatically phone each Sparling's Customer (as selected by SMART™ and scheduled for a next day delivery) the day before your propane delivery. The system will leave a brief pre-recorded message, with instructions, if any action is required of you.
During winter months for example, a brief message may be left to remind Customers to clear driveways and ensure the propane tank(s) are accessible. Instructions will be provided should you wish to respond to the message.
House Calls™ also serves as a means for Sparling's to contact Customers in the event of an emergency, such as regional road closures, a public health or safety declaration, or other development that may complicate or delay scheduled propane delivery.
