In Ontario, winter weather can include sustained below-average temperatures, heavy snowfall and adverse driving conditions. And sometimes all three - at the same time.
In the old days, it would have added up something like this:
Closed roads caused delays
+ Impassable driveways forced propane deliveries to be re-scheduled
+ Buried propane tanks had to be dug out for safety/access for filling
= The entire delivery system backed up
But times have changed. To effectively address these challenges, Sparling's maintains a variety of technology-based programs and systems to help improve service to you:
SMART™ - Sparling's Mapping and Routing Technology. This innovative GPS based system custom designs, coordinates and schedules each propane delivery for every Sparling's Customer when you need it - in the most efficient routes possible. Find out more.
"House Calls™" - this system which automatically calls each Sparling's Customer the day before every propane delivery. The call is a delivery and safety reminder to you to ensure your driveway is clear and the tank is accessible. Find out more.
Tank Monitors - propane tanks are "right-sized" in accordance with your requirements (not too small and not too large - remember, if the tank is too small, you increase the risk of a supply interruption and too large, you increase the amount of "inventory" you carry between propane deliveries). "Right Size" Tank Size Adjustments - propane tanks are being "right-sized" in accordance with your requirements (not too small and not too large - remember, if the tank is too small, you increase the risk of a supply interruption and too large, you increase the amount of "inventory" you carry between propane deliveries)
