Sparling's maintains its Quality Assessed accreditation by demonstrating its adherence to the high operating standards, as set by the Technical Standard & Safety Authority.
TSSA created the "Quality Assessment" program to encourage industry to take a proactive attitude towards workplace, consumer and public safety. It's a demanding and innovative approach. A TSSA Quality Assessor "assessed" each Sparling's facility and reviewed all company registrations and employee qualifications; inspected all service vehicles to confirm the requisite tools and diagnostic equipment is on-board; inspected a random sample of consumer installations to verify propane piping, appliances, equipment and venting compliance; reviewed the customer file for each randomly-selected installation to ensure file is complete and accurately reflects the installation; and, individually interviewed each Sparling's technician.
In particular, TSSA recognized the efforts of of the employee's at Sparling's adding, "The men and women at Sparling's should be very proud of this achievement."
