Sparling's will Launch HouseCalls. A New Generation of Customer Service.
HouseCalls is the latest development in the SMART system – a phone-first initiative designed to improve Customer service, delivery efficiency and safety. HouseCalls will automatically phone each Sparlings Customer (identified by SMART and scheduled for a next day delivery) the day before every delivery. During winter for example, a brief message will be left to remind Customers to have driveways clear and the propane tanks(s) accessible.

Sparling's opens new, expanded bulk storage facility at St. George, Ontario.
The expansion is the latest in a series of upgrades underway at the former Grand River Propane facility, acquired by Sparling's in 2008. Bulk storage has almost tripled and the new plant features the latest in high technology safety equipment at this Regional Operations Centre.

Sparling's is pleased to announce it has purchased the bulk propane operations of Caledon Propane in Bracebridge, Ontario.
"Caledon-Bracebridge is an ideal fit for Sparling's growing share of the Muskoka-Parry Sound market," says Steven Sparling, Vice President of Operations. "Customer Service and delivery efficiency will be enhanced immediately through this acquisition."
