Growing. Thanks To You.
Building a
network of
Regional Operation
Centres.
"It's about service. Not propane. It's about a friendly, cooperative voice on the phone. It's a knowledgeable service man who takes his boots off at the door. It's a Clean shave, a Clean uniform, and a Clean truck. It's a fair price. It's a smile at the door. It's saying 'Thank You' to our Customers - for being our Customers. That's what we sell around here."
Excerpt from 1974 memo to Employees from Grant Sparling, Founder, Sparling's Propane.
Thanks to the trust of our Customers and the hard work of our people, Sparling's continues to grow. It is now the second largest propane retailer in Canada's largest market, Ontario.
The company provides Guaranteed Service from a network of large, full-service Regional Operation and Distribution Centres to Customers throughout large, regional markets.
The men and women at Sparling's work hard to maintain the standard as the 'Most Customer Oriented Energy Provider' in Ontario. It's a culture reflected many years ago in a service Memo to Employees from our Company's Founder.
Long-term investments in people, systems and facilities are designed to provide our Customers with the best possible information, programs and services, 24 hours a day. Guaranteed.
Sparling's continues its expansion by:
- sustaining organic growth;
- developing strategic relationships;
- funding research and development initiatives; and,
- identifying strategic acquisitions.
