Q. What kind of lubricants can Sparlings supply my business with?

A. Sparlings can offer high-performance lubricants from Shell, Phillipps 66 and Ridgeline for:

  • Commercial and industrial applications
  • Transport (heavy-duty engine oils)
  • Aviation and marine engines
  • Automotive (passenger car motor oils)
  • We also carry DEF (diesel exhaust fluid).

Q. What is cardlock and how do I sign up?

A. The Pipeline Commercial cardlock network is a system of self-serve fuel pumps conveniently located across Eastern Canada (Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada). Cardlocks are available 24/7, they are easy to use and save time by dispensing diesel 10x faster than standard retail pumps.

Q. Where can I review my invoices and propane consumption?

A. You can review all your propane invoices and usage history in My Account. This online access is available 24/7 and allows you to manage all your accounts in one convenient place.

Q. Why are my lubricant invoices not showing as a PDF image?

A. At this time lubricant invoices are not available as a PDF.

Q. Why can’t I access My Account from my phone?

A. My Account is not available on mobile phones. Please ensure that you are using My Account on your tablet, desktop, or laptop.

Q. What do I do if I can’t sign up for My Account?

A. If you are experiencing difficulty registering for My Account, we recommend that you contact your local branch or email and one of our customer experience representatives will be happy to help. Our system works best on Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.

Q. Why can’t I see my invoices in My Account?

A. Your invoices are issued on a weekly basis. If you recently received your invoice, it is likely that the invoice has not been uploaded onto the portal yet. It can take up to two business days before your invoice is ready for viewing in My Account.

If you can’t find your older invoices on My Account please contact your local branch and they will be happy to help assist you.

Q. Why is My Account not recognizing my postal code?

A. My Account is set up to identify your account using the billing address postal code found on your invoices. Please ensure that the postal code you are entering into My Account is the same as the one found on your invoices. View our registration guide here.

Q. Why can’t I pay online?

A. The Pay Now option is not available to Commercial customers. Please contact your local branch for all payment options.

Q. How can I order a non-emergency fuel delivery or request a service from My Account?

A. Simply select the Request Service tab and use the drop-down menu to select the type of service you require. Please allow 1 business day for a Customer Experience Representative to contact you to confirm your order.
